Pre-installed Klipper Firmware: The Neptune 4 Max comes with the powerful Klipper firmware, enabling impressive printing speeds of up to 500mm/s (default 250mm/s) and up to 8000mm/s accelerations, supporting advanced features such as input shaping and pressure advancing. Equipped with acceleration sensors on the X and Y axes for automatic calibration and improved print quality.

Dual-Gear Direct Extruder: Our printer boasts a dual-gear direct extruder with a 5.2:1 reduction ratio for reliable filament feeding and optimal extrusion. The full titanium alloy throat pipe enhances heat dissipation, reducing filament clogs and maintaining consistent printing performance.

300°C High-Temp Nozzle Kit: Our printer features a high-temp nozzle kit capable of reaching up to 300°C. The extended hot end design, along with the 60W ceramic heating element and brass heating block ensure fast and uniform filament melting and extrusion. Automatic calibration of nozzle PID parameters further improves temperature control stability.

Auto Bed Leveling + Auxiliary Leveling: Enjoy hassle-free bed leveling with the 121 (11x11) points auto bed leveling system! Additionally, auxiliary leveling by hand-twist knobs allows further fine-tuning, ensuring that your first-layer printing comes out perfectly every time.

Effective Cooling Performance: The print head incorporates 2x4015 thickened double-sided cooling fans and a 3010 ball-bearing blower fan for comprehensive and efficient heat dissipation. Two additional 6025 ball-bearing blower fans behind the print head quickly cool down the newly deposited hot filaments, preventing warping or deformation for better overhang and bridge results.
